Before you contact a vehicle seller
Start with the listing, then verify the vehicle and the seller. Keep your questions in writing and avoid making a decision solely from photos.
Check the details
Confirm the VIN, mileage, trim, asking price, fees, availability, maintenance records, and title status. A VIN decoder identifies specifications; it does not provide a complete accident, ownership, or service history.
Take time to inspect
Consider an independent inspection, review a vehicle-history report from an appropriate provider, and ask for the full written price. Test-drive arrangements, payment, delivery, financing, and ownership transfer are handled by the seller, not Milewiser.
